help, how to warm a bottle of milk (formula/breast) WITHOUT?
a microwave or bottlewarmer (I know that you shouldn´t heat up breast milk in the microwave btw)
I know you should warm the bottle up au-bain marie, but what does that mean? just putting directly the bottle in the water or putting a smaller pan (with water??)inside a bigger pan with water?
and what about the teat? how do you close the bottle???
please answer quickly, I need to know it know!
Boil water… put bottle in water about to the bend in the bottle… test in 3 minutes.. shake and feed… I always did it without a cap so I could put my finger in and test it when it was warming
I only put enough water in to fill a big coffee cup around the bottle so it didn’t take so much time to boil… You can not use it again after you heat it up. Good luck
