What if I cook the meat before you add it to my stew? Or I can throw it completely raw.?
My mom always cook their meat dusted in seasoned flour and pan seared it before adding to the stew. Does it really matter? As for taste and tenderness of the meat is concerned.
Please do braise ….. they are only boiling the flesh if not ….. for more flavor stew or lightly dusted with flour or just close with salt and pepper. but keep juices from the meat side only of each piece is juicy and awesome
