Reserve Your Cup Compensation Plan
If you’re reading this article, you may be considering the Reserve Your Cup home based business opportunity and are researching the company to learn the details of it’s products, leadership and compensation plan.
Reserve Your Cup (Reserveyourcupvip.com) is a new network marketing company that pre-launched April 15th, 2011 with it’s organic instant gourmet coffee products. The mission is to better the lives of people around the world one cup at a time. So if you are a coffee connoisseur and have an entrepreneurial spirit, can Reserve Your Cup really make you money?
Well let’s review the company pay plan. The Reserve Your Cup home based business opportunity just released it’s compensation plan 7 days into it’s 47 day pre-launch event. But before you jump into this new opportunity I am going to show you exactly how you get paid and how you make money with this company. Let’s dissect the Reserve Your Cup Compensation Plan:
1. Ranks: There are 21 distributor ranks in this compensation plan, starting with Associate I to Chairman III. The company though it would be in the best interest of the distributors to create ranks that gave distributors smaller short term goals to reach for. This gives a since of accomplishment and progression, providing distributors with realistic goals to shoot for as they move up through the compensation plan and in rank.
2. Personal Requirement: What do you need each month to be “active” and remain eligible for bonuses and commissions? You need 50BV (or base volume) if you are on autoship and 100 if you are not on autoship. So what does that equate to in terms of product. BV is about 80% of the retail price meaning 50 BV represents a 75$ order including taxes and shipping. 100 BV is about $130 including tax and shipping.
3. This is a volume based compensation plan: Distributors are strictly paid out on organizational volume. You don’t need any special qualifications to move up in rank. For instance if you where at the Manager position you don’t need to have 2 Supervisors and a Consultant in your organization in order to move up in rank like some comp plans have. Reserve Your Cup prides itself on providing it’s distributors with a straight forward, simple, “no gotcha” comp plan.
So if we take the example of Consultant 1 (which is one of the early ranks in this Reserve Your Cup compensation plan): to hit this rank your OV (organizational volume) must be 2500. Your small leg or weak leg must account for 40% of that total organizational volume or 1000 OV to be awarded this rank.
4. Unilevel: This is a 2 leg unilevel plan (no a binary) and you get paid 4% throughout the 21 ranks 14 levels deep. Amazing considering the fact that most comp plans cap you at 7 or 8 levels deep. I did the numbers and theoretically if you max out your unilevels 14 deep that is $104,000 dollars a month in residual income. Not too shabby for those that go to work.
5. The Rank Advancement Matching Bonus: Now here is where it starts getting crazy…. Reserve Your Cup has implementing into it’s compensation plan a $500,000 Matching Bonus. The total payout for each member is $500,000. Here is how it works. Every person you personally sponsor into this business is worth $250,000. The company will match you 100% if the bonus is hit “on-time”. If the person you enroll does it off-time you will still get a 50% matching bonus.
If you bring someone in to the business and they pass you up in rank, this company will ensure that you will not lose your rank advancement matching bonus. You will still be rewarded with a 50% payout bonus for bringing in the talent that is blowing it out of the water.
6. MAD Bonus ( for Managers & Directors): This is a monthly bonus similar to profit sharing where 2% of the local monthly revenue is put in a pool which will be distributed amongst the ranks of Manager and Director. Meaning if the company had a monthly revenue of $1,000,000, 2% of $1,000,000 is $20,000 which will be shared amongst Managers and Directors based on the number of shares. You must enroll one new member with a $599 pack to qualify and you earn one additional share for each new $599 pack you enroll.
7. Global Quarterly Bonus: Similar to the MAD bonus, the global quarterly bonus is allocates 1% of the global volume/revenue to be distributed amongst the ranks of Partner and Chairman.
8. Additional Contract Bonus: Once you reach Chairman I, the company will reward you with an additional contract. This allows you to sponsor yourself and place yourself on your own front line. So you can start a 3rd leg underneath yourself, essentially double-dipping on your own volume. When you reach Chairman II you get a 3rd contract and Chairman III you get a 4th contract.
9. $10,000 Monthly Growth Bonus: There will be a $10,000 monthly growth bonus shared by the top 5 enrollers based on total volume of new enrollments.
There will also be a development fun which consists of 1% net local country volume monthly. It is a pool of money used to fund member expenses for local meeting and travel, contests, etc.
10: The last bonus I want to talk about is the Fast start bonus: To qualify for the Fast Start you must be active with 50BV autoship or 100BV. Fast Start pays 2 level – the enroller and the enroller’s enroller. If you enroll someone at the $599 distributor pack you get a $120 bonus and if that person you enrolled enrolls someone at the $599 you get $30 bucks. If you enroll someone at the $99 distributor pack you get a $20 bonus and if that person you enrolled enrolls someone at the $99 you get $5 bucks.
When Do Your Get Paid: Fast Start is paid weekly every Friday. Rank Advancement Matching Bonuses and MAD bonuses are paid on the 10th of the month. Residual Commissions from the Unilevel plan is paid on the 15th and The Global Quarterly Leadership Bonus is paid quarterly!!
A member has 60 days from the day they become a distributor to upgrade from a $99 level to a $599 pack. The only difference in pay out between the $599 and the $99 is that if you are on the $99 pack you will not be eligible to take part in the 100% Rank Advancement Bonus, the 500,000K bonus.
