Coal gas development presents new trends

Direct reduced iron technology with low investment and high return features, our use of coke oven gas as raw materials is more economical than natural gas. At present, China University of Petroleum is developing to synthetic gas production of direct reduced iron technology, and has achieved 800 thousand tons / year of plant scale.
In view of the large number of medium and small nitrogenous fertilizer production features, The synthesis of proposed gas and coke oven gas and water gas methanation for integration, production of natural gas technology is a new direction. With large-scale chemical fertilizer equipment, SME will be increasing pressure. The gasification technology will be combined with the methanation technology, development of synthetic natural gas for the regional market will be a new way. Currently, the technology is still in the laboratory research stage, there is still a distance away from the industrialization.
