Quick Grip Has Lowered My Scores!
I’ve been experimenting with new golf products my whole life. None, however, can compare to a product called Quick Grip. This product solves such a simple problem faced by many golfers, club slipping and over-gripping.
Club slipping it what causes you to slice and hook the ball. By giving you a better grip on the club, Quick Grip prevents the clubface from opening on contact. When your grips obtain moisture in hot conditions, they become slippery. You can spray it on your grips, hands or gloves to achieve the same result. I usually spray it on my glove only because my front hand has the most control over the club. Allowing my clubface to remain stable through impact has changed my iron game.
Over-gripping is another problem faced by golfers. Over-gripping induces forearm muscle tension and can throw off the consistency of your swing. By gripping the club with less tension, Quick Grip will prevent the dreaded hook and slice.
Most of the Pro’s I play with use Quick Grip for every round. It is recommended for application on the hands, but they spray it on their gloves. Quick Grip is USGA permitted, so using it during tournaments is not an issue.
Other products I have used to lower my scores include the Medicus golf club. I was also very impressed with the result I received from this product. The Medicus uses a hinge near the clubface to assist golfers in proper form. Proper form includes a slow backswing and straight front arm. If you are a golfer struggling with keeping your backswing speed consistent, I highly recommend this product. A great feature about the Medicus is that you can actually strike the ball. If your swing form is correct, you can hit the ball with a stable hinge.
To perform at the highest potential, us Pro’s use Golf Pride grips. Simply, the offer the best grip for all conditions. I prefer the Regular Multi-compound, but many Pro’s use the all rubber Golf Pride grips. I have seen Pro’s that don’t use Golf Pride, but it is rare. If you want the best from a grip, use Golf Pride.
Other techniques I use to lower my scores include keeping up to date on the latest equipment. This means talking to other Pro’s to see what equipment they use. Most Pro’s won’t give away their secrets, but observe what other golfers are doing. I also use small techniques such as gauging the wind more precisely. Don’t just gauge the wind from where you’re standing. Look at all your surroundings. Observe the trees and the grass to see if the wind is moving in the same direction 200 yards down the fairway. Gauging the wind is an important factor in golf. Learn to be more precise on your calculations and you’ll hit more green in regulations.
Golf can be a tough game to master. Use products that have been proven to work. Go back to the basics of a good grip and slower swing and you’ll see those scores drop.
