Catering equipment is as diverse as the hospitality businesses it is designed to work for. When we talk about catering equipment most people think of fryers or microwaves or even food preparation machinery. But catering equipment can be contract furniture for restaurants and pubs or glassware and crockery for bistros and coffee shops. It can even be clothing and footwear for chefs and waiting staff. Large catering equipment is essential to keeping a commercial catering kitchen running day to day.
